The product is clean-tasting salted lancefish made by allowing a mixture of salt and lancefish caught off Korea¡¯s west coast in April or May to ferment naturally in a sanitary tank.
Thanks to the domestic unprocessed liquid used for the product, it¡¯s perfect for making kimchi with a clean, refreshing flavor and aroma, and without a fishy smell.
The PET container is marked with metering scales for greater convenience.
